9x19VSN with Holo A, Flash Hider and laser for a controllable SMG, D-50 with Muzzle Brake and laser as a hard-hitting backup, and Impact Grenades for rotates and vertical lines.
Why it works
Flash Hider keeps the 9x19VSN's vertical climb manageable through sustained fire, and Holo A keeps peripheral vision clean for the close, reactive fights that follow. It's the same setup that works well for Kapkan. The laser speeds up aiming down sights for those close trades. Muzzle Brake tightens the D-50's first shots, and the same laser keeps it consistent as a real backup.
Who it is best for
Players who want Impact Grenades as the default utility: instant rotates and vertical lines to reshape the site alongside the cover she's already creating.
Attachment roles: the laser aids aiming speed, the angled grip aids reload speed, and the horizontal grip aids movement speed. Ubisoft attachment rework. Check available options in game.

Put Azami's loadout into practice
Build cover around a position the team can actually hold. Decide which attacker angle the Kiba barrier should interrupt, then check that the defender still has a useful view and a way to leave. Cover that blocks your teammate's crossfire can be a net loss even when it protects the first player.
Weapon and utility choices
Use the 9x19VSN when you want an automatic primary for repeated fights. Consider the ACS12 when you want a slug shotgun and are comfortable timing individual shots. Test both against a moving target before deciding; they ask for different follow-up control. Choose site-preparation utility around the openings your team still needs, rather than using it simply because it is equipped.
A round plan
Identify the first angle, create the cover, and inspect it from the attacker's side before settling in. When the attack shifts, reassess the position instead of treating the original barrier as permanent protection. Keep a teammate informed when a new barrier changes a shared line of sight.
A mistake to avoid
Building a comfortable pocket with no exit. If an attacker pressures the position from a second direction, the same cover can obstruct your escape. Do not build the whole plan around a barrier remaining intact.
Try this with a teammate
In a custom match, prepare one holding position with a teammate. Have them approach from two directions and point out which body parts they can see. Move the cover or the position until you can contest one route and retreat from the other.
