MP5SD with Holo A, Vertical Grip and laser (already suppressed, with no barrel slot), Bearing 9 with the same Holo A, Flash Hider and laser as a real backup weapon, and Deployable Shield as the default utility.
Why it works
The MP5SD's built-in suppressor means there's no barrel decision to make, so Vertical Grip and the laser are the whole call: Holo A keeps peripheral vision clean while Echo tracks his drone. The Bearing 9 mirrors it with the same Holo A, Flash Hider and laser setup, giving him a genuine second weapon rather than just a sidearm.
Who it is best for
Players who want Deployable Shield as the default utility: instant cover for holding an angle while his Yokai drone is out doing the actual work.

Put Echo's loadout into practice
Use Yokai to watch an important approach and disrupt an attacker when a teammate can act. Your operator and the drone both need safe positions. A perfect view is wasted if Echo is eliminated while operating it.
Weapon and utility choices
The MP5SD gives you an automatic primary when you leave observation tools. The SuperNova makes close-range positioning and your secondary more important. Practise the Bearing 9 before relying on it for the longer fight. A shield should support a position with a retreat, while impacts can solve an unprepared movement route.
A round plan
Choose cover for Echo first, then position the drone where it can observe the intended approach. Tell a teammate what the view covers. Use information to decide when to stay on the drone and when to return to your weapon; footsteps near your operator take priority over an interesting distant camera view.
A mistake to avoid
Keeping the drone in the same exposed place after revealing its presence. Preserve another useful viewing position so losing the first angle does not end your contribution.
Try this with a teammate
Have a teammate approach from either the drone's route or your operator's route. Practise switching between the camera call and weapon readiness. The goal is to choose the right task, not maximize time spent on the drone.
