TCSG12 slug shotgun with Suppressor and laser, C75 Auto with Suppressor and laser as a matching backup, and Deployable Shield as the default utility.

Why it works

The TCSG12 supports deliberate single shots rather than automatic bursts. Choose cover that gives you room to recover after firing, and practise the C75 Auto transition before relying on it in a close fight. The laser aids aiming speed. Compare the Commando 9 when automatic primary fire fits your assigned job better.

Who it is best for

Players who want Deployable Shield as the default utility: instant cover for holding an angle without exposing yourself, and without needing a teammate's utility to make it work.

Attachment roles: the laser aids aiming speed, the angled grip aids reload speed, and the horizontal grip aids movement speed. Ubisoft attachment rework. Check available options in game.

Put Sentry's loadout into practice

Choose Sentry to fill a concrete utility gap in the team's plan. Name the missing job before choosing the kit: creating movement, protecting a holding position, or giving warning on a flank. A flexible inventory is valuable when it solves a problem the other four picks leave behind.

Weapon and utility choices

The Commando 9 with the Super Shorty divides automatic gunfights and soft preparation between two weapons. The M870 requires a plan for close fights and more confidence with the C75 Auto outside that range. The TCSG12 offers a separate single-shot approach. Test the secondary transition as part of the choice, not just the primary in isolation.

A round plan

Ask which openings and utility positions remain unassigned. Complete your preparation while teammates cover the entrances, then move to the position that benefits from it. If your utility is providing information, tell the team who is meant to respond.

A mistake to avoid

Selecting familiar equipment before looking at the lineup. Duplicating a job already covered can leave the team without a safe rotate or a way to notice an unattended approach.

Try this with a teammate

Build two different kits for the same site: one for preparing movement and one for holding an entrance. Explain what a teammate must provide in each case. Keep the kit whose missing job the actual lineup can cover.
