Mk17 CQB with Magnified A, Extended Barrel and laser for a rifle built to hold angles at range behind the gun shield, and Frag Grenades for direct damage on anchors and utility.
Why it works
Magnified A gives Blackbeard the reach to actually use his gun shield the way it's meant to be used: holding a long angle rather than pushing into rooms, since he has no sidearm to fall back on if he gets caught up close. Extended Barrel trades recoil control for extra damage at range, which is the right tradeoff here: the shield already slows how fast he can reposition, so the fights he takes are mostly at the range Extended Barrel rewards. The laser speeds up aiming down sights for the rare moment he does get caught in close.
Who it is best for
Players who want Frag Grenades as the default utility: with no secondary weapon to fall back on, direct damage against anchors and utility from a safe distance is more useful than a deployable that requires exposing yourself to place.
Attachment roles: the laser aids aiming speed, the angled grip aids reload speed, and the horizontal grip aids movement speed. Ubisoft attachment rework. Check available options in game.
